With our new purpose built clinic, we are expanding our team and have a number of employment opportunities available, from new graduates to those ready to take their career to the next level. Our multidisciplinary team currently comprises of Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy focusing on paediatrics and young adults, Early Childhood Intervention and Allied Health Assistants.

Able Allied Healthcare Occupational Therapist: you would be responsible for assessing and providing therapy for a variety of developmental needs. We treat children 0-15 and young adults many of whom struggle with sensory processing challenges; these families find Able Allied Healthcare to be a “lifeline”. Working with families, adults and children, these challenging roles are rewarding and make a significant change for the future potential of your clients.

Able Allied Healthcare Speech Pathologist: you will have the opportunity to learn from well known respected senior mentors in the clinical setting at our North Lakes clinic that offers both OT and SP to children under 15 years with developmental, motor coordination difficulties, challenging behaviours, feeding difficulties and difficulties with ADL’s. There is opportunity to become a feed trained therapist with our specialist senior mentors. 

About You

If you’re someone who believes therapy should be as fun as it is meaningful, you’re in the right place! You’re all about making a positive difference and ensuring every session is engaging, exciting, and impactful for your clients.
You thrive in both independent work and as part of a supportive team, leading with empathy and a genuine heart.
With a strong foundation of knowledge (or the drive to learn!), you’re ready to help deliver tailored assessment and intervention programs for children and young adults.
Your communication skills shine, both written and verbal, and you’re super organized with a knack for time management.
And most importantly, you bring a playful energy and a true dedication to making sure each client receives the support they need to hit their therapy goals and beyond!
